Once you have decided that you want to proceed with a return:

Please send us an email at refund@isapera.com and provide the following information:
• Your order number (ORD....)
• Which items you are returning (if you are not returning all items)
• The reason for the return (optional)
- We will reply to provide you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) code and shipping instructions.
Do not ship before acquiring an RMA code.
- Shipping your return needs to be arranged and paid by you, the customer.
You may choose any shipping method you prefer.
Please provide us the tracking number if possible.

We will process your refund within 24 hours from receiving your return as long as our inspection finds the returned merchandise to be in accordance to our terms and conditions.
Note that the amount of the refund is the price of the merchandise excluding any shipping charges.
The refund will be paid with the same method as the one used for the initial transaction.
